Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your HLMH piece. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Original Artwork
Original paintings may be returned provided they are in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we've confirmed the return, please send the artwork back at your own cost — we do not cover return shipping. Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely received back with us.
Fine Art Prints
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. You can also request a refund within 14 days if you would like to return any art prints. Please contact us to start the return process. Please note returns are at the cost of the buyer.
Commissioned Artwork
Due to the personalised nature of commissioned pieces, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on commission orders. If your commission arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will do our best to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, commissions, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
